SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship by Fedex SmartPost. Orders usually ship from our Distribution Center within 24 hours. We can ship to PO Boxes. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses by US Mail.
Orders placed within the Continental United States will be charged the following for shipping and handling based on a price range:
From $0.01 to $9.99.................Shipping Charges $5.95
From $10.00 to $49.99............Shipping Charges $7.95
From $50.00 and up.................Shipping Charges $9.95
International Orders and Shipping Information
Orders placed outside of the Continental United States usually require additional shipping charges. In the event additional charges are needed, we will contact you by email or by phone to request additional funds prior to shipping your order.

ORDER STATUS
If you've already placed an order and would like to find out the status or get the tracking number; send an email to weborders@bandals.com, with your name and order confirmation number. A customer service representative will contact you by e-mail to let you know where your order is within one business day. Orders usually ship from our distribution center within 24 hours by USPS Priority Mail (standard delivery 2 days) or UPS Ground depending on the weight.

Bandals wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, after receiving the product(s), you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), or exchange the product(s).
RETURNS
Bandals will refund any product(s) within 30 days for a FULL REFUND of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for any reason. Products must be returned in their original, UNWORN condition, and original packaging. Please contact us at weborders@bandals.com or 1-800-311-8522, ext. 3 for notification and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions by email.
If you return any item(s), your return will be processed and a credit to your credit card issued within 7 - 10 business days after we have received your returned item(s) at our Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, or postage you incur to return merchandise to us. Please ship your returned items back to us postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.
*Please note that if you purchased your items with a Groupon or Mamapedia coupon, we have no way to issue you a credit for a return. You must exchange items if you have a reason to return them.
EXCHANGES
Bandals will also exchange any product(s) within 30 days. If you need to exchange products, they must be returned in their original, UNWORN condition, and original packaging. Please contact us at weborders@bandals.com or 1-800-311-8522, ext. 3 for notification and exchange instructions. We will issue a return authorization (RA) number and exchange information by email. Please fill out the form attached to your email completely and enclose it with your exchange. Be specific about the item(s) you would like to exchange for, and fill out your credit card information. Please ship your items for exchange back to us postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges paid with your original order, or cover the shipping and handling charges incurred to ship exchanged items to you. We will need your credit card number to charge up to a $9.95* shipping and handling charge (depending upon the items exchanged) to process the exchange. Also, if you are exchanging for a higher-priced item than the one you are returning, we will need to charge your credit card for the difference.
*Please note that orders for exchanges placed outside of the Continental United States may require additional shipping charges.
